Chicken Melts
INGREDIENTS
-4 chicken breasts
- Pesto
- A pack of cherry tomatoes
- A pack of grated cheddar
- Garlic bread and green salad to serve
METHOD
Thin out the chicken breasts by hitting them with something heavy
Fry the chicken for 5 minutes each side
Whilst they’re cooking chop up the tomatoes and mix them with the cheese
Spread the pesto onto the chicken
Top with the cheese and tomatoes
Put under a grill until the cheese is starting to brown
Serve with garlic bread and salad
